Why didn't I try this sooner?
This place is a hidden gem! The spacious room gave us stunning views, while the staff's friendliness was unmatched. With a convenient shuttle to nearby attractions and an array of dining options nearby, my stay was seamless. Breakfast featured a delightful mix of both western and Japanese cuisine, fueling my daily adventures in style.

The free shuttle to Disney was a game changer! I loved the spacious room and the amazing views from the restaurant on the 21st floor.

The hotel features a fantastic breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options, catering well to families. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants make dining easy. Friendly staff promptly assisted us with requests, although the distance to public transport was greater than expected. Access to the panorama bar for younger guests was restricted, which was disappointing.

Great location, but outrageous pool fees made it hard to relax.

missingWrote a review on 25 Augoutdated carpetpool age
Room carpeting looks outdated!!! The pool only allows guests aged 18 and over, which is disappointing for families. The location requires a lengthy 10-15 minute walk to the nearest subway, particularly taxing in the heat of summer!!!

Decent option for a weekend adventure in Tokyo with good price value. The over-friendliness of the staff was memorable, making me feel welcome despite the language barrier. Just remember to clarify any requests thoroughly.

The King Room with Skytree View was amazing! It was spacious and super comfy. I loved the view of Tokyo Skytree—definitely a winner there. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, way better than those sad sachets. Housekeeping kept everything clean and well-stocked. No complaints about the space, but I wish the gym didn’t have an extra charge to use. Still, a great stay overall!

I had a clean room with a nice view. The location was convenient to reach the attractions. The staff spoke English, which helped me navigate everything. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
I wish they had a shuttle to the airport. The walk back at night was tiring after a long day out exploring.
